Choose Conversion Metrics That Work To Get More Sales
My team here at Funnel Science constantly surprises our clients by getting conversion rates in excess of 20%. Other agencies don’t manage this, not least because they focus on getting clicks, not sales.
To get sales, you MUST have meaningful metrics, and the most important metrics are Conversions. Conversions are real-world calls-to-action (CTAs) that indicate a prospect’s willingness to buy your product or service. Yet, strangely, many AdWords and other PPC campaigns are set up to count non-value-adding actions as Conversions. For example, counting a prospect clicking on a blog page is not a meaningful Conversion if your objective is to get that person to call and make an appointment.
